I booked them in after a family party left my lounge carpet looking worse for wear. From the initial call, everything felt straightforward and organised.

Having three kids and a dog means my carpets take a beating. They were looking dull, stained, and just generally grubby.

After one visit they’ve been completely transformed. The colours have come back, the stains are gone, and the whole place smells fresh again. The technician was friendly, respectful, and clearly knew his job well. He didn’t leave any mess behind either, which I appreciated. Honestly feels like a weight off my shoulders having it all sorted. Well worth every penny.

I booked Gary after a friend recommended him and I’m so glad I did. My rug had years of tea stains and general wear but it looks fantastic now.

The colours have popped back to life and it smells fresh. He worked quickly and explained everything in plain English. I’ll be telling others about this service.

You know when you don’t realise how bad something has got until it’s cleaned? That was me with my rug.

Gary turned up, cracked on, and the end result was a completely different rug. Looks new, smells fresh, and feels great underfoot. I’m really happy with the job.

Top quality service and brilliant results. The carpets were heavily marked but came up like new after the clean.

Everything was explained clearly, the price was fair, and the whole job was done without disruption. I’ll be sticking with them for future cleans.
